YogaFlow – Through the connection of movement with breath this 60-minute Vinyasa class will help improve balance, build strength and increase your flexibility. The dynamic sequence of postures will focus on alignment to support you in maintaining and deepening your personal practice.
YogaRestore – Relax into this slow-paced 60-minute practice that uses seated and reclining postures with the support of props to calm and reset your entire body and mind. This class takes place in dim candlelit environment for ultimate relaxation.
Flow – A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Hatha – A slower yoga practice that emphasizes postural alignment. This practice enhances muscle strength, flexibility and mindfulness. All levels welcome.
YHot – A set sequence of slow, held postures practiced in an environment heated to 40 degrees Celsius. Drink lots of water before and after class. Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 13. All levels welcome.
Beginner Yoga – New to yoga? Try this introductory course and learn the basics in relaxed, small group setting. The instructor will guide you through a yoga practice designed for beginners, with a special focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques, use of props to modify postures, and cultivating awareness of body and mind in the present moment.
Hot Hatha Foundations – Move through foundational yoga postures one at a time, breathe deeply, and practice being in the moment. Hatha classes promote balance, strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind, and are suitable to all levels. Room is heated to ~ 34-35 degrees Celsius.
