Gentle Hatha – This slower practice emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing techniques to stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions and minimal weight bearing on your hands.
Hatha – A slower yoga practice that emphasizes postural alignment. This practice enhances muscle strength, flexibility and mindfulness. All levels welcome.
YHot – A set sequence of slow, held postures practiced in an environment heated to 40 degrees Celsius. Drink lots of water before and after class. Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 13. All levels welcome.
Hot Hatha – Move through foundational yoga postures one at a time, breathe deeply, and practice being in the moment. Hatha classes promote balance, strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind, and are suitable to all levels. Room is heated to ~ 34-35 degrees Celsius.
