YHot – A set sequence of slow, held postures practiced in an environment heated to 40 degrees Celsius. Drink lots of water before and after class. Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 13. All levels welcome.
Hatha – A slower yoga practice that emphasizes postural alignment. This practice enhances muscle strength, flexibility and mindfulness. All levels welcome.
Restorative – A deeply relaxing practice that uses props to support the body to fully release into seated and reclining postures.
Warm Hatha – In a hatha class you will move through foundational yoga postures one at a time, while focusing on your breath, respecting your limits, and allowing yourself to be guided by your own experience of the postures in the moment. This class will help promote balance, strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind. Hatha classes are suitable to all levels. Room is heated to ~ 28 degrees Celcius.
Beginner Yoga – New to yoga? Try this introductory course and learn the basics in relaxed, small group setting. The instructor will guide you through a yoga practice designed for beginners, with a special focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques, use of props to modify postures, and cultivating awareness of body and mind in the present moment.
