This workshop is designed for people who are spending their days in front of computers, phones, books, or any other type of front-body activity. If you have tight hips, a sore neck, poor posture, overworked wrists, or just feel that your job is taking a toll on your body, this workshop is for you!
In this 90-minute workshop, you will have the time to stretch your over-worked muscles that you rely on everyday. You’ll also have the time to dive deeper into looking at, and understanding your own posture habits. With this knowledge, you’ll create awareness of your posture and know when your body needs to take time to stretch. This workshop will include poses to help strengthen your back body, which is essential to offset the effects of overtaxing your front body. You will leave this workshop feeling stretched, strengthened, and with the tools to navigate your workday with ease.
